Motorized tube forming machine is used for making various jewellery ornamentals like bangdi,ear ring,hollow pipe,bangle and punjabi kada. You can make bangle of any type in this machine like half round,square,d shape,long square and triangle. This machine can be used for making both half round and square rings. It has multi speed variable 2 hp motor. You can increase or decrease the speed of motor in this machine. In order to make bangle using this machine,first the pipe is passed through a tube forming die. The tube forming die has a hole with different input and output diameters. All dies have different input and output diameters.Tube forming is equipped with a black colored rolor and different size bangles needs different sized rollers. We can design the roller and die according to your requirement. The gold pipe or strip after passing through the die gets winded over the roller. In motorized tube forming,the roller rotates automatically with the help of motor. There is a speed controller to control the speed of rotating roller. Also, you need to make sure that strip or pipe remains in alignment with the roller by moving die holder with the help of slider. Generally, goldsmith first tries this machine with low speed and then when they develop expertise in making bangles they gradually increase the speed of the roller with the help of speed controller.
