Machine specification:
100 ton hydralic press is used for making gold and silver coins. It can be used for embossing gold coins ranging in weight from 1 gram to 100 grams and silver coins ranging in weight from 1 gram to 50 gram. It can also used for making bars of various sizes.100 ton hydraulic press is automatic and its mechanism of working is same as other hydraulic presses.It consists of oil tank and there is a pump which is driven by motor which pulls the oil from the tank and then the oil falls on the cylinder due to which cylinder moves down and presses the object below.Its automatic in the sense that hydralic cylinder automatically goes up after moving down.
