JEWELLERY SINGLE HEAD FACETING MACHINE

Single head faceting machine is used for bangle and ring cutting. Different types of designs can be done in vertical faceting machines like s-cut, football,c-cut, dot etc.Horizantal faceting machine is used only to make vertical or horizantal lines. Single head faceting machine consists of main slider and working slider. The main slider moves the entire upper part of faceting machine and is used to adjust the position of diamond tool for different ornaments like bangle,ring, pendals etc. Horizantal slider is used to determine the depth of design means we want either light desgin or dark design on a given bangle, pendal, viti,kada,bali etc. Our machine is equipped with 5 sliders as compared to local machines in the market which are equipped with only 3 sliders. Our machine has main slider working area of 8'' as compared 6'' in other local machines. Our machine has workinbg slider depth of 15 mm as compared to 6 mm in local machines. Also, we use superior quality motor in our machine. The machine can support different types of main drill divider which can handle collets of different ornaments like Bangle, viti,pendal,kada,payal etc. So, this is what makes our faceting machine different from other local faceting machines in the market.
