Machine specification:

Ball CNC faceting machine is used to make desings on para through automatic computerized numerica control mechanism. It is a 3 axis faceting machine consist of Z X and A axis. These axis are used to make alignment of diamond tool with the given para. This machine comes in two version: one is laptop version and on screen version. In laptop version,unlimited sets of designs can be done while in screen version you can do 7 types of designs. Laptop version has a bit higher price than screen version.Any given design can be done in just within a time of 1-2 minutes. It is far more fast than manual faceting machines and the goldsmith does not need to rotate the collet of para manually and do the design. Instead the design program is fitted in a computer which automatically does the given design on para.Other machines of these types of also exist which can be used for bangles and pipes.

Double head faceting machine is used for bangle and ring cutting.It conists of two heads:horizantal and vertical.Vertical head is generally used for making para,bol,long bol,oval bol. Different types of designs can be done in vertical faceting machines like s-cut, football,c-cut, dot etc. Horizantal head can also be used for making various kinds of design and you can make various kinds of designs on the basis of tools that you have.
