WAX INJECTOR MACHINE
Machine specification:
Wax injector machine is used for melting the wax and ejecting the wax under pressure. First wax is put inside and air is flown through the nozzle. Wax is heated upto 50-75 degree celsius and it melts. Due to pressure, the liquid wax flows out into the vulcanizer die on pushing the button on the wax injector. So, this is the mechanism behind which wax injector works.
These are just sample designs. Any type of cutting of any design can be done on any metal sheet.
