2 in 1 Jewellery casting machine from Bharat Machine Tools is a vaccum casting machine which is used to produce casting products of gold and silver. In jewellery vaccum casting, we first make hard rubber dye in vulcanizer and then use wax injector machine to inject was between two pieces of rubber dye. The wax injector is used to liquefy the wax and it ejects the wax into the rubber dye and wax occupies the given pattern in rubber dye. In the next step, we use soldering machine and a stick to build the wax tree. This wax tree is then attached to the casting cylinder and put in vacuum casting machine. Plaster of paris is initially heated in vacuum casting machine and then the cylinder is put into the vessel containing heated plaster of paris. Then more plaster of paris is added until entire cylinder is covered with plaster of paris. Then we remove all air from the plaster of paris and generate a perfect vacuum using vacuum casting machine. After this, the resulting cylinder is put into burn out furnace to boil off all the wax and empty hole of the pattern of wax tree gets formed inside the Plaster of Paris. The cylinder containing plaster of paris is then again brought to vacuum casting machine and is put in the holder on the right. The liquid metal is then poured onto the cylinder of plaster of paris which then forms the required gold of silver casting piece.
