Single head rolling machine on the side is the rolling machine with
gear box. The rolls are made of high steel hardened and ground
finished.

Single head rolling machine is used for thinning of gold or silver wire or sheet. It can decrease diameter of wire as low as 22-23 gauge and sheet diameter to 34-35 gauge.It is electric machine and wide variety of motors like Umber,Chromton or others can be fitted according to customer requirements.Rollers are made up of WPS2 or D2 steel according to customer requirement.Rollers can be fully plane half plane and with design which is also based on customer requirement. Side design rollers can be attached to the machine.
