machine.The rolls are made of high steel hardened and ground
finished.

The gears are made up of case hardened steel and there are immerse in oil for noiseless and smooth operation. Various components are standardizable and interchangeable. Double head rolling Machine has been provided automatic lubrication oil and emergency stop,reverse and forward. There is also extra side roller arrangement.Double head rolling Machine gives high production of good quality wire. Constant lubrication is provided to ensure smooth running and long life. Double head rolling Machine is also
equipped with automatic lubrication facility in the gear box.

Double head rolling machine is available in regular size of 4'',5'',6''. However on customer demand we also manufacture rolling machines of size 8'',10'' and 12''. Double rolling machine is used to thin metal sheets and wires of gold and silver. Wires as thin as 24 gauge can be made. Sheets can be made upto 34 to 36 gauges. There are two type of rollers:one for wire and one for sheet.Also,there is facility of attaching design rollers on the side. Design can be also done on main rollers depending on the customer requirement.
